Large companies go to great lengths to create detailed budgets and detailed goals every year and compare their progress on a monthly and quarterly basis. It's also a good time to review your estimates for the rest of the year. Don't stop just checking the numbers. Now it's time to review your action plan as well.Where do you need to improve and where do you need to cut corners? Take another look at what works and what doesn't. Don't have an action plan?
